Document cars blocking the bike lane, or catch vehicles stopped beyond the line in a crosswalk during a red light. Keep the license plate in the focus box so ALPR can complete and submit the report. Ride alongside a blocking vehicle to tear off its mirror. Crosswalk violations are worth triple.
